We are very excited to start out our new dinner series, INGREDIENT, with one of our absolute favorites: Tomatoes! Dinner will be Friday, September 20th @ 6:30.
Each dinner in the series will be made up of a number of different courses all highlighting our featured ingredient. Most often the feature will be a vegetable or fruit, some dinners (like this one) will be vegetarian, others not so much.
For the tomato dinner, we’re excited to showcase our favorite farmers, Rising Stone Farms, Sauvie Island Organics and Krugers, and what they do best.
Start:
Cumin crackers, pickled green tomatoes, roasted tomato & feta spread
Salad: (this one is the most weather dependent)
Greens, quinoa, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, Pecorino Romano, champagne vinaigrette
Mid:
Heirloom Tomato soup, Arbequina olive oil, Gruyere grilled cheese
Main:
Risotto, dried cherry tomatoes, chanterelles, chevre, greens
Dessert:
Pound cake, tomato confiture, bourbon whip cream, pistachios
Per person: $36, paired with wine $54. Gratuity is already included; there is a small fee for ticket processing not included.
